Though Billy says it, he knows the truth. All he has is his name and his bark. Had that huge Alpha tried to fight him, he wasn't sure he could have won. He doesn't know if he has it in him anymore, to kill, because he was certain that would be what it would take for that man to leave Billy alone if they had to fight. He had been lucky this time. He wasn't certain his luck would hold out much longer. Eventually, some Alpha was going to call his bluff and he was going to have to prove himself or be shown to all the world as the pathetic waste he was.
He hears the key and takes a deep breath and picks up the glass. His other hand goes to the nob and he steels himself. A deep breath and he's headed in, trying not to breathe though his nose for desperation not to lose his mind and his control. It makes him pant and his hand shakes. He stands right there in the door and swallows hard, and then steps through, the glass held out.
"Here's...your water. I tried to get an entire wash basin but this is what I could get. They're stingy, even with my name to throw around." He turns to shut the door behind him and take the knife out of the wood to hold that too. "And this. Because you said not even I was allowed in here. No matter what. So, I suppose you need to stab me now." He gives a weak smile and starts forward, keeping those hands full to keep himself from grabbing Billy.
Goody doesn't stop until he's nearly on top of the man and can lean in to take a long sniff of him before letting out a growl. "Christ, you smell good though."
